The Walpole Society AGM was held on the 29 October 2024, at which Dr William Aslet was newly appointed a Trustee of the Society.
William is an architectural historian who specialises on the early eighteenth century in Britain and Europe. He is currently the Scott Opler Junior Research Fellow in Architectural History at Worcester College, Oxford, and is writing a book on the architecture of James Gibbs.
